- Overseas experience in Seismic engineering/retrofitting
- Overseas emergency response experience in a humanitarian field
- Demonstrable experience in supervising, managing/coaching and training others(people management)
- Previous experience in design, planning and budgeting of seismic engineering projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of low cost earthquake proof infrastructure designs
- etc.
