1. Position: Program Director

- Master’s Degree in related field i.e. Engineering Urban Planning, Architecture

- 10 years’ experience in related field i.e. engineering, construction, housing and human
settlements, management, disaster risk reduction and response, community developments,
etc.

- 10 years’ demonstrated, substantive experience in a field-based senior management
and/or senior advisor position, responsible for technical quality assurance, preferably in a
post-disaster context.

2. Position: Senior Manager, Technical Services

- Master’s Degree in related field i.e. Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning

- 10 years’ experience in related field i.e. engineering, construction, housing and human
settlements, management, disaster risk reduction and response, community developments,
etc.

- 5+ years’ demonstrated, substantive experience in a field-based senior management
and/or senior advisor position, responsible for technical quality assurance, preferably in
a post-disaster context.

3. Position: GIS - Database Expert

- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science or other related field.

- Master’s degree preferred, in geography, computer science or other related field

- 2-3 years’ experience using GIS in a professional setting
- Strong experience working with QGIS 2.6 or greater
