Job Title: Architect
Required: One
Location: Kathmandu
Job Description:
- To create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.

- To use specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

- To stay involved throughout the construction process, adapting the plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs.

As such, they operate as part of an overall project design team, working closely with a range of construction professionals from quantity surveyors to building services engineers.
Min. Academic Qualification: B.Arch. from a reputed university
Min. Work Experience: 1-2 years
Other Requirements: Applicants should have sound knowledge of
-AutoCAD
-V-ray
-Lumion
-3D Max
-MS Office
