Job Title: Information Communication Technology(ICT) Specialist
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant work experience; or master's degree with 10 years of relevant work experience; or Ph.D. degree with eight years of relevant work experience. Educational degree in information technology, ICT systems development, telecommunications, or other relevant field preferred.
- International experience related to business processes analyses, systems interface and integration, IT security in government operations, development and management of e-government organizational structures and procedures, ICT solutions for e-government and public financial management initiatives
- Experience with the development of accounting systems strengthening and national and district-level implementation in developing countries is preferred
Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with other contractors, local implementing partners, and teams implementing U.S. government and other donor-funded programs, including activities in different sectors, such as infrastructure and democracy and governance
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Nepali preferred
along with some other technical specialist positions.
